Nasdaq Helsinki’s Disciplinary Committee has fined Summa Defence EUR 200,000 following a series of disclosure failures concerning the company’s finances, contracts and internal governance.
The committee found that Summa Defence failed to disclose changes in its working capital situation and financial outlook in time. The company also breached rules related to insider lists, including in connection with negotiations for a significant order with a NATO country.
